We booked via booking.com only to find out that the prices has changed when we checked in and they were excluding breakfast and that is when we knew we should check out

Unfortunately we only had breakfast at the hotel once because of our limited time in CPT. Compared to the Protea in Joburg , CPT did not offer the variety on the buffer that Joburg offered. It was still good but Joburg was better. Joburg also had face clothes, CPThad no face clothes.

Staff always willing to help. Gideon and team always friendly ready to help. Gideon was the main star! Thank you for making our stay feel like home ❤️ Spur waiter - one in particular was really excellent on duty that week ❤️Breakfast - Miss Pearl always ready with a smile and give us good info for Christmas Day The chefs too for breakfast buffet The bar 👍🏼 Everybody was helpful, friendly and willing to help with our elderly mum 87 years old - thank you!

Check-in starts from 14:00, due to our flight arriving early we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 and found our rooms already prepared for us so we checked-in early, giving us enough time to explore the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a few meters away from the sea which is beneficial if you like running or walking. The property is exactly as in pictures, very clean, and has a gym facility.

The hotel Manager was very understanding, accommodating and helpful. The Staff at the front desk, parking attendant, servers and staff at the bar were all very polite and always greeted with a smile. The breakfast was amazing with fresh made latte to taste. Location is good, felt safe walking in the area, very close to the beach. Had a rental vehicle parked in the secured underground parking. Stayed for almost a week, enjoyed the stay as the hotel was clean and met the expectation

All the staff were fantastic! So friendly and helpful and always with a smile. Nothing was ever too much hassle for them. There was ample secure parking, a restaurant right next door and lots more places to eat nearby and also breakfast in the hotel itself as well as a nifty bar with a super barman! Loadshedding was not an issue as the hotel had their own generator. The location was great, lots of shops, coffee shops and restaurants nearby too. Great value for money.

Room was upgraded from standard to executive, location is easyly reachable and transportation can access it, we had breakfast once because of my little one, she love her beauty sleep, doesn't want to wake up early,

Great location, one block from Beach Road, Seapoint. Personalized service from the doorman, reception, bartender, housekeeping and the breakfast hostess, Maureen, who from day one remembered my room number and what I liked for breakfast. All staff were friendly and very attentive. Very close to hop-on hop-off bus stop.

The location was convenient to the Seapoint promenade, shopping, and restaurants. The Hop On Hop Off Bus stops a block away. I had a partial Oceanview room with a small balcony. The room was clean and I appreciated the small refrigerator and pot to make coffee/tea.
