The staff at the property were exceptional, always going above and beyond to make sure each guest felt at home. Not only were they incredibly professional, but their warmth and genuine hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. They were attentive to every detail, ensuring that all needs were met with a smile and a personal touch. Also loved the chessboard in the lobby!

We were greeted by very friendly staff The hotel was clean, the bar area was great and the breakfast had a very big choice The breakfast staff were great, always ready to help and the barman was friendly too The room was clean and tidy and the shower was great The location is great for exploring Cape Town, the red bus stops just down the road

We booked via booking.com only to find out that the prices has changed when we checked in and they were excluding breakfast and that is when we knew we should check out

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect. Close to everything. The Bed and pillows were really comfortable. That's all I really needed. I had a maintenance issue and they came immediately to fix it. They maintenance team was very efficient and respectful. I love the wood floors. It's nice to not have carpeting. Arthur's mini super across the street is a gem.
